The Plant-based Tourguide is excited to bring Helene Ann to the show! She is the driving force behind multiple (and growing) VegFests, using these as her platform to get knowledge and information out to everyone and providing the environment for this to happen. She details her personal journey to plant-based and her goals for the festivals. She also reminds us that no matter how crazy and hectic your days are, always take time to "Roll on the floor with the dogs", I love that, something I'm sure all of us need a little reminding of time to time.
